Government Bailout

My name is Bill Mitchell most of my Friends call me Bozobills.
I have a couple of thoughts I'd like to share, but first, before I start my little rant, a little about me. I'm a 50 year old semi retired - part time school bus driver,I play around with stocks and other investments and am doing a little affiliate marketing. and I thank God that everything I have is paid for! Now for my rant and if your not a real tax paying american citizen you might not like this. First, about the housing mess, It's my belief that 15-20 years ago, the Fed government got together with all the states propety tax divisions (at the states request) and came up with this GREAT Plan to generate more revenue without raising peoples tax's.
The plan was to get anybody and everybody into a home of they're own (weather they could afford it or not) You see it didn't really matter if they paid for it or not,just so there was money coming in.
Good plan, only no bank (in they're right mind) would make loans like that!
part 2, Feds to the rescue again! This time, at the TAX PAYERS expence!
Move ahead to today, Is it any wonder that after 20 years of total disreguard for our future combined with the total mis-management of OUR MONEY that we end up with nothing That even closely resembles REAL WEALTH when it comes to a good portion of the total infrastructure of the UNITED STATES?Ihope that ther're real proud of of themselves those hard working,honest, politicians that we so happily
vote in every so often!! You cant really blame the banks for wanting thier money, IT WAS PART OF THE PLAN! You do have to kinda admire our gov. I mean if the bank where to try and force the issue of payback like in merging and trying to get sobig that the gov cant touch them, but wait that didn't work! not enough people paying on those bad loans the gov. practactly forced (to stay competitive) to write, The Gov. can and will let them go bankrupt!! PERFECT SOCIETY WE LIVE IN HUH? I have another rant about illegal immigrants but I have chosen to spare you, only but to say that this is a blog and I would'nt want to offend anyone, Thank you
